Posture analysis identifies key body positions and full body stance with the goal of realigning the body in relationship to a neutral or more natural posture. This is an observation of both static and dynamic posture to notate baseline and measure progress.
A movement screening is performed by the patient and assessed and documented by the therapist in which they will analyze and take notations of the recorded movements. In a follow up session, the therapist will go over their findings, recommend a treatment plan in order to correct the movements that are causing imbalances and possible injury, and give you a copy of all information for your reference and use.
